Announcing the One and Only Tarot of Bones Art Exhibition!

You’ve been waiting for it since before the Tarot of Bones was released, and the time is finally nigh! On July 21 and 22, 2018, the Raven’s Wing Magical Co. in Portland, OR will be host to the only exhibition ever featuring all eighty original assemblages from the Tarot of Bones. The public is invited to come view the works, and yes they will be available for purchase, along with the Tarot of Bones deck and book. I’ll also be teaching two workshops and offering readings all weekend, so there’s plenty going on! There’s a Facebook event page at http://www.facebook.com/events/1008625409302620/

Here’s information on the workshops; I’ll post more details on the weekend’s events as we finalize them:

Saturday, July 21 Workshop: What is the Tarot of Bones? What inspired artist and author Lupa to create this uniquely nature-themed divination set? Join us as we learn about the creation of the Tarot of Bones, from concept and design to artistry to self-publishing and more! You’ll learn about the bones and other materials involved, why she chose certain animals and bones for each card, and how she wove messages from nature with traditional tarot symbolism. And you’ll have plenty of time to ask questions, too! Free to the public, time TBA.

Sunday, July 22 Workshop: Using the Tarot of Bones: Whether you are a new tarot reader or have many years of experience, come learn how to get to know your Tarot of Bones deck and book! In this exclusive workshop, artist and author Lupa will help you learn how to balance the non-human elements of the Tarot of Bones with the human-centered symbolism of traditional tarot, use the spreads created especially for this set, use both science and spirituality to deepen your understanding of the cards and your readings with them, and more! You will need the Tarot of Bones deck and book. Fee and registration info coming soon, time TBA
